Small Animation Job

Hi, Im new here and not sure whether this is the right place to ask for help but.

If anyone out there is good with animating in Flash and would help me out for free (sorry).

Its a simple animation or a theme park ride which i cant think how to do in 2D from a side view, i can provide pictures and videos to help. Its all i need doing in a big project i have been doing and is very nesicery (sp?) for it to all fit together
