bar that tracks on button rollover?

Hey I was wondering how you make a bar that follows the mouse as you roll over a button an example is seen on this website

also I was wondering where I could find fla files to see how whole sites are constructed such as the link I listed above... I was just asking htis because I was wondering if most flash sites are constructed in one frame (for size) or if they are many frames with tweens and such.

anyway, i found o source on flashkit that answered my prayers

PS. If you wanna see all of the threads you started you can type your name and select "find threads started by this user", if you wanna see all of the threads you have subscribed to you can go to your UserCP and click "List Subscriptions" under "Subscribed Threads"...Just so you know ;)
