Page flipping effect

Hello all,

I want to create an interactive brochure and food menu in Flash with a flipping / turning page effect. Does anybody know of any good tutorials that would help me achieve this?

It's great to see how this effect have matured over time. The first versions were kinda crude, but now it's smooth as a baby's behind.
