DHTML menu, with flash Underneath

Hey Guys,

got a problem, I've got a DHTML menu with drop down menu, underneath that got flash images...
and when the drop down hits the flash object got a problem with the drop down it starts to disappeared (the Menu in the drop down)..

any clues how I could solve this problem?
