Resize boxes

Does anyone know any script that would allow me to resize the border(mc) to accomodate the size of a loading swf.
Ex.
http://www.onlysamo.com/
http://www.ronyshram.com/

I want the box to resize fit the dimension of the loading ,swf, jpg, etc.
