Amfphp and http status 200

I'm having a problem with an application with amfphp I wrote un just 1/2 computers on 60 I have tested

Here's the problem

I read on sephiroth site that this kind of problems could be caused by firewalls like zoneAlarm.

Anybody encountered an issue similar to this?
How to bypass the problem?
