Adobe After effects+Flash =??. Need info please

Hi!
Does anybody here know if one can use Adobe After Effects in flash MX? I can see that the program has many feautures and effects. What about the flash file size? Does it increase dramatically?
Does the program export as swf files?

yes it does export as swf files
and in a way it does increase file sizes because you can view it as each frame = 1 jpg
