Create .txt -> Server

Is there any Links or Tutorial on how to create .txt on the server "mytext.txt" and save a particular variable on my flash movie. (running on the browser. with flash5)

there are also lots of threads on simply writing a text file to the server search these forums (using the search button) for 'php write text file' etc.
