I had some more time here and there so I added another transition rather than the alpha transition...
Not sure what's the next one I'll add in there though...

Yes, it works...

But in my opinion you'll need a preloader for the pictures though...
There's a delay on the pictures and on the buttons here (the photos keep on scrolling after I rolled out)

Preloader... Um... I hate preloader even I have to use phone line from time to time... :D Yeah... I'll add that later on...

As for you saying the photos keep on scrolling... You mean the thumbnails, right??? It's supposed to stop moving fairly quick... Hm... Strange... What browser do you use???

Works nice and smooth!

But in case your boss reading this, few things I would suggest: 1) yeah preloader(s) would be nice, 2)Rollover animation or some type of rollover indication on button, etc.
