Hi,

Can anyone please tell me how can i make this type of cloud animation effect, which is shown in this URL : http://skyworksinc.com/

I have all the images which is used in this animation.

Is this is a actionscript or simple animation?
please help me in this and please tell me in brief..

It's not actionscript. It's a continous sequence of bitmaps. If you have all images in this animation, u can import these into flash. And they will animate.
