I have a doozy of a problem for you people. I have an FTP site, containing customer files, and space for secure uploads. I cannot guarantee what platform my customers will be using, except they will be using flash 5.
Can anyone think of a way to enable standard FTP functionality, ie , DIR,GET and PUT to operate within a Flash movie. My first solution was to use IE as the FTP browser, but it has too many quirks and odd errors due to different OS and versions.
Ideally what i want is a small movie area that behaves the same way a windows folder does, with regards dragging and dropping, and automatic updating of directory contents...
