horizontal scrolling news

I'm building a movie with text inside that I've tween to create a constant horizontal scrolling effect. so far so good. my only problem is how to get the text to stop showing when it reaches outside the movie over other movies of the page. I'm not looking for a layer-fixing-solution, more of a movie boundaries that would cleanly stop the text from going outside.

You can create this with motion tween, or scripting. Check this tutorial:
