Slow On G4 and below

Can Anyone check out a site im in the process of doing for a client, I run a Mac G5 and so speed is no issue, when i test it on lesser spec machines the rollovers are slow, and the floating type window of each room is very jumpy

I normaly find that its embed text that slows things down. When you embed text flash renders each letter as an image so if you have "This Is A thing" thats 12 images that flash has to animate.
