i'd put a background on the menu text that pops out. If it pops out over other text it becomes illedgible.

You could probably do with a more interesting font choice for a lot of the text. It doesn't quite seem up to the standard of the rest of the site.

there is a strangle little twitch towards the end of the movements when you change sections (look at text elements as the movement slows)

finally I hate mailto, use a mailer script
