Can you make a drop shadow effect in flash? or do you have to make it in photoshop and bring it in?

1. Draw a circle and select it.
2. go to Modify < Shape < Soften Fill Edges

Play around with the settings and parameters. This tool should help you create drop shadow effects in Flash.

I hate that jagged fade shadow... I don't think it is going to be that hard to implement abit more decent drop shadow in Flash, but that's not supported in Flash... What a shame... :( Shame on you, Macromedia... :(
