ComboBox component leaves a border visible

After a user selects from a list of items in my combobox component it leaves a border around the area where the drop down list extended to. It does it every time. It only goes away when the selected item in the box isn't changed. Is this a bug?

Is this in the authoring environment and while bandwidth testing? I've gotten that in the past when trying to test something without having to republish.
