Best way to do 3D flash demos?

Hey guys, I am about to start working on a project for a client, and we have to do 3D demo's of their mp3 players. Ive done 3D flash demos years ago, but I am unsure of the best way to go about doing it these days.

Any suggestions? Decent programs?

Hrmm, looks like we wont be getting a 3D file of the product...So we are going to have to take photos of it or do video. Any suggestions?
