8 hours of work is lost!!!! Freehand

Please help!!!! I spent 8 hours working on this file and my computer restarted.
When I'm about to open this file I can see the preview in preview window (http://www.lapidus.us/image1.jpg), but later I'm opening this file and I'm getting an error message: Could not complete your request because the file is not a valid Freehand Document (http://www.lapidus.us/image2.jpg)
Any help is very much appreciated.

If you're on a PC see if it saved a temporary freehand file before the crash. It won't be named the same thing, but it should have todays date on it and will have the same extension.
