moving eye up and down

help me please, how I make for one person in photo (file JPG) to move eye to up and down, please explicate !

You`ll need to make the eyes so that you don`t see the iris, pupils etc. Make these a seperate graphic and convert it to a mc and then label them. You can then animate these by hand or move them by altering the _y properties. (eg. _root.pupil._y+=5;)

Also, you need to make a mask that defines when and which parts of the pupils etc are visible, because of the eyelids.
