Zoom and Rotation Shake

I'm zooming in and rotating on a movieclip. Inside the movie clip there is a mixture of images and vector art. The scene shows vector charaters talking on a large image in the background. When the zoom starts the objects start to shake independently.

Is there a solution for this? Is this a common problem?

I'm creating this animation for a video game. The frame rate is 24fps. Here is a link to a video file which best illustrates the issue.
