Hi, I've just switched from being a PC user to an Apple lover.

However, I have a small problem in that when I try to preview my swfs in the browser from within Flash (File -> Publish Preview -> HTML) it opens Dreamweaver instead.

Does anyone know how to set it so that my files open in Safari or IE as default please?

Thanks

I think its just a file association issue. I'm a PC guy, so I'm not sure how to do it with a MAC. basically, the there is a setting telling it to open dreamweaver in the previews. check within flash first, then OS file associations.

Thanks Cota.

After some more rooting around I finally got it working. The solution was a combination of adding an alias to a browser folder in the Flash application folder:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/flash/ts/documents/browser_pref.htm

AND making sure that HTML files were associated with Safari as default.

Phew.
