some help please

I made a website using flash and uploaded it ok, using cuteftp, but I cant seem to load on the changes. I published the new movie, then uploaded it, replacing the old one. I am using Frontpage and the new changes seem to have registered there, but they just dont seem to be loading on to the site. I know that my host is functioning, because I made some changes to the HTML part and they were successful. What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried deleting your cache (temporary internet files) in case the computer is using those instead of the updated ones?

I've found that although HTML files update from the new files if you press refresh, often the swf files don't, unless you actually go in and delete them from the cache.
