batch processing jpg to swf

Does anyone know of a good tool to batch jpgs to swf. I am using generator to insert jpgs right now but I wanted to insert them as swf's as this cuts down on the time that the server needs to process the images. If you just insert the jpgs with generator it has to recompress them. I've looked into fireworks it exports as swf but I can't seem to batch it. I tried it in illustrator with actions but it seems to be saving my exported swf as an ai file. (works fine when I don't batch it though).

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

It seems that if you click on override action export commands it will save the files as swfs but it also saves an illustrator version. Oh well, it's better than nothing. I can always do a search with in the folder and delete all the illustrator files.
