A bangalore company needs Flash Developer: (7+ years of Experience) with the following skills -

Expert-level skills in ActionScript and Macromedia Flash MX or Macromedia Flash 5.
Familiarity with XML, and experience in delivering production Macromedia Flash applications or interactive content.
Strong skills in user interface design.
The ability and willingness to communicate effectively both orally and in written form.
Attention to quality and detail.
Passion for developing applications in Macromedia Flash and ActionScript.
B.S. in Computer Science or academic background in related discipline preferred though not required.

finding people with 7+ years of flash and or xml experience will be a little difficult since
Flash 1 was developed in 1997 (same as xml) and it supported only vector graphics and images, and no script,... not to mention XML.
flash 5 came out in summer of the year 2000, and it was (as far as I know) the first version that supported XML.
