I've read through some various tutorials on how to modify the background and border of the TextArea component, and have been able to do that, but....
I've been trying to find some way of changing that default scrollbar in the text area (and in the scrollpane as well.)
I've found no way of making changes to that.
How is it done?... (Other than making an entire new theme, which is way more than I need to do).
