flv / playback component

I've seen alot of people posting problems about this but havent found the answer yet.. I've got a basic Media PlayBack component progressivly loading a small .flv for testing. This works fine locally but when I upload to my server I get nothing in the component.. BUT when I upload a playback component thats playing an mp3 it works fine.. any ideas? (I already emailed my web host to see if the flv MIME type was supported or not but does it even matter if its progressive and not streaming?)

it was the MIME type - I moved it over to a Linux server and it was fine. - thanks

basically if yourhost doesnt support the filename ".flv" then it won't stream. They've got to add the mime-type into their ISA machine.
