[AS2] Game Action script needed

Hey, after i played both megaman vs metroid and megaman vs ghost & gobblins i had to make a megaman game as if it were a must. anyway i need to know how to make the screen follow megaman, enemies and how to make him use his mega buster and enemies dying from it. Thanks il give you all credit. oh and Yes i am a begginer and i ddin't really wanna look at the tutorials knowing it would take to long so i decided to go to the forum since everyone here (mainly probably) knows action script really well. thanks again.

i will provide the graphics, im using official megaman sprites and backgrounds. It will be a remake of the electric man level of i think it was megaman 1.
