Problem with uploading scrollpane w/external .swf to server

Hi there :) this is probably very simple but i can't figure it out :confused:

here's the problem:

I have a main movie with scrollpane which display an external .swf file,
everything works fine when tested in flash.

but the external .swf file doesn't show when it is uploaded on server.
i've uploaded all files ( main movie, external.swf file, index html)

any suggestions, solutions, are greatly appreciated!
please help!
