What is it asking for when its asking for the "zero byte terminator"

Do you want to say that when you test movie, the message appears that you need to insert zero-byte terminator? Or just wanna know what is it?

i want to know what is the same as it. cos XML sockets requires a zero-byte terminator at the end of each package sent to it.. and PHP seems to struggle with that
