Tree Component

I see many tutorials and examples of the Tree Component (Flash MX 2004) using XML, but I am using PHP to parse the files in a directory. How can I do this?

I know how to add a node to the root, but how do I add a node to this node?

i have a wrapper for the tree class, its kinda stuck in the middle of a bunch of jsfl stuff, but if you unzip the file, you will c a few AS classes that handles the tree.
