Scroll through MC frames component

I'm looking for a component (or maybe just some code). I have a container movie that loads and plays MCs. I need a draggable scrollbar in the container movie that tracks the progress along the timeline of the sub MC. It also needs to be able to send the sub MC to a specific frame depending on where the user drags the scroller. Just like in most multimedia movie players.
I've looked for a component like this, but am really only finding scrollers that move objects around on the screen.
