Frame rate for new website?

Hey everyone, i'm starting a new website, and I was wondering if someone could give me some tips as to what frame rate would be a good choice. I would like to have something that runs well on most machines, yet allows fluid motion of the tweening movement. Thanks in advance! :)

To be serious, why don't you do a 25fps
25fps is good I think
32 is better but I think in some old pc it sucks...
But I never really wonder which fps to take.
Always doing my flash at 24 or 25 fps...
