Keyframes on all frames of a movie?

I've imported a .mov quicktime movie, and when I put it on the frame it inserts as one keyframe and a bunch of frames within that keyframe. I need to break it up so that there is a keyframe on each frame of the movie, like how a gif imports. Is there any way to achieve this without exporting the movie as a gif, then importing again?
