is there anyways that will make decompiling impossible or incredably difficult? if so how?

all you can do is use something like ASO to obfuscate/mangle your actionscript. That's about it ^_^
but don't count on that obscuring your code.... if its worth cracking, it will be cracked.

can't i modify its data and make a unreadable sector that is completely corrupted so that when the program tries to decompile it, it would read it and gets completely confused/just refuse to read on?
note: this is for a projector (.exe file)

If the Flash player could read that corrupted sector, the decompiler should be able to read it... The bottom line is that you cannot complete that path... Once you push it outside of your computer, it's out for grab... :(

im saying is it possible to decompile the exe (since its a projector) and use assembly/binary to modify its inner workings so that if its opened by itself then it would skip the reading of the corrupted sector(s) however if its to be decompiled the decompiler will not be able to skip the readings of the sectors so that it will not be able to convert the non-flash generated binary back into standard .fla format since that flash did not technically completed the program.
ps: it may be as clear as mud but thats the best description i can come up with

Yes, that's more reasonable -- since the OCX is bundled in the executable it would be possible to modify the way the actual player works. As long as you know how the decompilers work, you would be able to defeat them most likely.
It sounds like an awful lot of work, though -- but I guess that's not what the question is :b
hi

Swifty Xena Pro extracts SWF's from projectors -- from there it's back to your regular every-day-old decompiler.
