img tag and text area

I cannot make scroll working on textarea component with images by using img tag in any way, also with a single image. Could anyone kindly send me a little example or give any kind of help about it?

I can make image appear but scroll is appearing only time by time and is not working at all. With text only I have no problem. I am loading text from xml file, but also trying to load images by img tag inside flash directly is giving same result.
