importing image sequences ??

how do i get flash to recognize/import an image sequence of bitmaps so that it lays all the pictures out in there own frames?

i thought it would do it automatically! :

Hi,

It does. Just name the images sequentially. When you use the IMPORT command, Flash will ask you, that it sees a sequence, and should it import the sequence? click yes.

i cant get flash to say that???? it just imports them whatever they are called, I tried pic001 pic002 pic002 and imported them to stage and library... just wont work :(
