Hi, Im new here, i got a question, and a tiny animation i need feedback on.

Hi everyone, Im new to this board, and i have some experience with Flash, i was wondering if youd check out this little animation i did, took about a half an hour (Drawing included). Also, i was wondering how i would go about making a bar at the bottem that slows down or speeds up the animation via FPS. Thanks guys!

You forgot to publish your movie in Flash. That means that you only have got the .swf and don't have a .html The server can't show the .swf by itself, so that's what the .html is for. So do the following:
1) Open your movie
2) Publish it (SWF and HTML)
3) Upload the SWF and the HTML to your server
4) Give us the .html-link

yes, you're right that the link doesn't work when you press the button but if you type the url in manually it does! (took the url from the info strip at the bottom of the browser window on mouseover) But, you have to type:

http://www.geocities.com/wtloos/

and then add:

gir.swf to the end to get:

http://www.geocities.com/wtloos/gir.swf

else it doesn't work. I think it is a geocities thing to make sure people use the space for complete websites and not storage. spoilsports!
