Hi people,

I'd like to ask everyone who reads this to have a look at my 'evolving RSS reader', which I created for a project for my study.
At the moment I'm in the final stages but I need to do a little research. Therefore I'd like to ask you to have a look at it and play with it for a while: http://www.arjengosman.nl/rss/

Afterwards it is highly appreciated if you would like to fill out a short survey (takes 5-10 minutes): http://www.arjengosman.nl/rss/survey/

Many thanks,

Arjen

It's not bad at all. I like the improvments of usability from when you posted on wh.

If i choose a feed like 'design' then click on one of the feeds and then change my mind and click on another the browser crashs saying a script is making flash 7 run to slow.

Really? That sux. Haven't encountered that problem myself yet, despite quite some testing. I'll look into it.

btw: did you fill out the survey?? ;)

I really liked the site. I found it easy to use and fast to load. However, i had exactly the same problem as Gibberish, and i did not eeven change my mind, it just crashed, some sort of loading problem or infinite loop. Have you got an onClipEvent(data) event on there once the user clicks the button. If you have you might want to put a hold on everytihng unitl all the data has been recieved, because its definitely trying to do 2 things at once.

Very nice application though.

Regards, snapple :)

I tried to type into the Firefox browser's URL box but the flash site was registering the keytypes instead and I couldn't type anything into the URL box.

Then the site crashed. =/

What browser / flash plugin are you using? And what kind of computer do you use?
I have tested it quite a bit, but cannot find an eternal loop or something. Just makes me wonder why it seems to crash so often... :(

Btw, if more people would like to try it, that would be great. I still need at least 5 filled out surveys. Thanks.
