Linking to local .html from a Projector that needs to be PC/MAC compatible

I'm creating a PC/Mac compatible Projector that will be distributed on CD. I want to include several supplementary .html files in the CD, which I would like to link to from the Projector.

I've tried linking the text directly - but it doesn't seem to work with a relative path on a local file system. I've also tried the geturl() function - same problem.

Any ideas?
