Hi,
I'm looking for a tutorial/example for a fading effect such that the fading object comes out of the background. For instance you have an object (a ball, a piece of stone etc.) which comes out of a wall which is the background.
Has anybody some ideas?
Thanks :)

Oh, no coolioman. This is a simple fading. I mean if you have a wall as your background or a sea, and you want the fading object seems to come from inside out the background (for eksample a fish out of water or a word out of paper or something like this).

Thanks, I think it has to do with masking too, but don't know exactly how.
