Tween around the circumfrence of a circle.

Hi all,

first time poster in this section. I would love for someone to tell me how i can do the following.

I want to create the letter 'D' in an animation i am doing. during the animation i start in the upper left hand corner of the letter D and i want to trace the letter onto the stage in white .... (Think of a writing the letter with a pen, or something.... on your piece of paper there is nothing, but when you put your pen down and start tracing the letters, the ink leaves what you traced). anyways, i want to create a tween of this letter D and am having troubles with it.

any hints thoughts or clues.

Thanks for the reply Billy T. Yes, the layer guide is what i'll use to follow , but how do i get that "ink effect" ? (as i should have called it)

See i want a trail to be left, when this thing tweens from point A to point B, and it is this effect that i don't know how to create.

now if only i could tweek this to show a thick line about 60 pixels big. (currently your line is only 1 pixel big, and flash mx only goes to 10...)
