Now I don't know how many times this has been asked, and I really hate when people ask a question that's been asked hundreds of times on forums I frequent. So if this is one of those questions I deeply apologize but I've run out of options.
I'm looking for a name and possibly a tutorial of an effect I want to use for my flash banner. It's hard to describe to here's an example.

If you look at the banner, see how he as those little orbs floating through Right to left, in intervals? I want the same thing but think of very thin streaks of light or something similar but left to right.

Has the same sort of thing after the intro on the main page you'll see it. Also on the Xeo Freestyle site, they have a music player that shows the name of the song that's playing, I want to so something like that too.
If anyone has any ideas I'd be very appreciative of your time and help.
