advice or tips wanted

Hey this is my first flash site. Well first site of anything for that matter. Please let me know of anything you can to help me make the site better. And please let me know what you think so i know how i am doing.

i like the colors. you need to speed up the intro(make the ease bouncing come to rest faster). same for the section transitions.

other than that it's great. looks like you have a decent little forum going too.

It's a SERIOUSLY neat job! Congratulations on a well done Flash site!

But I do have ONE (I think big) thing to say:
Try to make the "board" look more like the rest of the site!

i dont control the board, so i cant change that. i can ask the band to change that though.glad to see people think is a decent site tho.

Anything else that anyone has suggestions for. I am trying to get advice from people because another friend asked me to build them a site, so i want to know what kinda things i should do the same as well as different.

Also if anyone has any links to some creative band sites, that would be good to. Just so i could see what people are using to draw in the viewer, and etc.
