flash player quits midway thru presentation

Off late I have been experienceing very strange thing, while running swf files in flash player the player quits half way thru or it deletes the sound or automatically starts playing form the beginning

Sometimes when you have an action that's looping forever or when it's too heavy for your machine, it causes the player to crash or quit. In the last case, you could try to chop it up into seperate loadable movies or reduce the quality of external files (like JPG's).
