bouncing/scaling logo effect

hey I found this website the other day, well the whole site is really awsome, but I was wondering how he did the logo effect. When you move the mouse over the logo it scales/skews bigger and with reaction to the direction of your mouse, and when you mouse out of it, it kinda bounces back into it's original shape. Anyone know how this can be done?

it's a mouse toy, it get's the mouse x/y and then does some Math.random on the _xscale/_yscale and such
