animation in flash to adobe premeire pro

Hey i have made a swf file that i want to import into adobe premeire pro.
I got the software, swf2 video plug in so i can do that.
But the background is still white, i just want it all gone, and all you see is the animation i made down the bottom,

is there a way to do this in flash, or does it have sumthin to do with swf2 video or premiere if anyone knows please let me know.

if the plug-in doesn't do transparent backgrounds, you might try changing the background color to green or blue, and apply a green/blue screen filter to it, so all green/blue is dropped out, simulating a transparent background.
