Move 0,0 to center of screen

Is there any way either through actionscript or a setting to move the top left corner value of 0,0 to the center of the screen. I need to be able to draw something using both positive and negative values.

hmm..i dont think so, but i could be wrong...

i believe if you were to load the swf you are drawing on into the center of a base swf, the contents of your dwg that would normaly be off the stage, will be visible..
