Your home page needs some work. I couldn't really check out much else, everything else looked like the links were broken.
You could have used HTML for your current home page and achieved basically the exact same as you do now with Flash, plus you wouldn't have missed out on the few visitors who don't have the Flash plugin yet.

Here are some suggestions:

1. Center your interface on the page, or if it really has no bmp's which I didn't notice at first glance, than the 100% setting might work well.

2. Get rid of the ugly all white bground that your site sits on, either use the 100% setting or find some subtle pinstripe image or something to that effect.

3. Your sounds on the buttons, were really loud for me, this might just be me, look for more feedback on this particular subject from other users.

4. Include some sort of transition, either a White flash, or movement after a user clicks a button. This is relativily easy to add in providing the structure has been properly set up.

Just some suggestions.
