Bad:
1) The little image for the Flash Player should have in the code, so it doesn't show an ugly blue border around it.
2) The contact page is supposed tohave a form where people can send you an email. Not just a layout of your phone and email. That was 10 years ago.
3) "In order to veiw Quantum Mirage.com your browser must support Flash. Due to the large size of the page it will take a few minutes to load." should have a . Doesn't look professional like this...
4) Where are the newest updates you promote on 1/17/05 ???
Good:
1) It loaded fast, which means the programming is good.
2) I like pages where one or two colors are predominant. In your case white and blue. Good choice.
Overall I give it a 3, which is not really good for somebody who is learning this stuff (web and media)...

Look into creating a site design and texture in photoshop and recreating that in flash. Flash gradients just look ugly unless done so you cant tell what they are.
You contact page is fine, it is subjective if your page is "supposed" to have a contact form or not.
Small fonts are not what makes a site professional. If your design is for bigger fonts or serif fonts then thats what you use.
Your site in general has no noticable theme. If that big blue thing is a snowflake then go with that.
