newbie loadmovie and transition question

Need some help.. flash designer is no vacation..

I want to :
1. load the other movies (on button release) without the original movie In the background.. you can see the pencil outline from the original movie..

2. I want to transition the second movie with a slow fade on top of the current movie , so it brings the polished interface over the original rough sketched one.
